especially people with arthritis. It’s an endurance exercise, which means it strengthens your heart, helps your
lungs work more efficiently and gives you more stamina so
you don’t tire as easily
Become
a member of Joints in Motion, the Arthritis Foundation's
athletic training program. On behalf of the AF, you will
raise funds and awareness to fight arthritis, the nation's
number one cause of disability. We will train you to run or
walk a marathon, or hike a challenging trail and send you to
one of our many exciting locations. And together we will
help improve the quality of life for millions of men, women
and children with arthritis.
