One simple way is with an “ergo minute.” Once each work hour, stop and take one minute to do some exercises. Take a brisk one-minute walk, stretch, flex your muscles or march in place. Get your blood circulating and take some deep breaths. You will find yourself more mentally alert and less physically fatigued.
